IN-HOUSE - INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT ATTORNEY - CHICAGO LOOP McCormack Schreiber Legal Search is conducting an exclusive search for a well-known bank/financial services institution located in Chicago, which is actively seeking a 40 Act lawyer with 5-10 years of experience to join its Private Client Group. Responsibilities will include analyzing regulatory, investment and trading issues; reviewing and negotiating client, subadviser, and vendor contracts; reviewing marketing materials; providing audit and examination support; and assisting in updates to the Forms ADV. Target candidates should have in-depth knowledge of the 40 Act, experience advising the investment management businesses of banks and/or large financial organizations, and excellent academic credentials.
