Our client is a mid-sized full service law firm with offices located on both the East & West Coasts.

The firm dynamic is diversified firm with 31 practice groups and an emphasis on litigation, intellectual property, life sciences and real estate/finance.

They are actively recruiting Partners in all practice areas and have needs in the IP Group for a strong IP Partner in New York.

Job description
You will be an existing IP partner (general experience across patents, trademarkets, licensing and copyrights.. both transactional and litigation) at another law firm. You will work in the firm's litigation group.

The firm's IP group is consistently rated as a very reputable IP practice servicing both US and International clients.

Who we are looking for
You will have significant experience in both IP prosecution and IP litigation.

The position requires someone with strong expertise in IP laws and a general practice focus.

You will be admitted to the NY Bar, and currently be working as an IP Partner at another firm.

You must have a portable book of business ($500K).
