Job description
As an experienced Intellectual Property Partner you will have a significant practice focused on transactional matters.

Your practice may focus on any of the following: patents, trademarks, licensing and/or copyrights with clients locally and internationally.

You will have expertise in negotiating and drafting technical contracts, including licenses, coexistence agreements and settlement agreements, and prosecution matters.

Your experience in Intellectual Property could be based in any scientific field whether it be: chemical, pharmaceutical, software & computer science or electrical.

Who we are looking for
You will be an experienced IP Partner at another law firm and possess significant experience practising and developing clients in the areas of patent and/or trademarks law.

You will currently have a minimum of $500K in realized portable business and be looking for an environment & platform where you can grow your book.

An individual with an entrepreneurial approach, supportive and respectful mindset looking to add value and be part of a stable and growing firm where you can have a tangible influence will do well here.

You will be admitted to the NY bar and USPTO bar.
