Investment Management Associate - NYC - New York

A prominent AMLAW 100 law firm is seeking an attorney to join the firm’s Investment Management group in its New York office. 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three and preferably five years investment management experience, focused on registered funds and advisors.  Strong knowledge of the Advisors Act, Investment Company Act and the Exchange Act, associated rules and SEC interpretive positions.  Experience in addressing broker-dealer regulatory issues, particularly as they apply to mutual funds and private equity funds, would be desirable.
