Real Estate Associate

A major Pittsburgh law firm seeks a mid-level associate for its Real Estate Practice Group.  The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of real estate agreements including purchase and sale agreements, commercial lease agreements, development agreements and real estate financing agreements.  Excellent academics and a demonstrated knowledge of real estate law and title insurance matters are required.  Large law firm training is preferred but not mandatory.  Candidates must possess strong leadership skills, self-confidence and excellent interpersonal skills.  Candidates should be client focused and pragmatic and results oriented in handling client matters.
